Yes House Soft Washing is safe on plants. Estate Softwash uses dedicated hoses. We use water only for the pressure hose. First we spray a pure water barrier on all plants close to the cleaning areas, then we begin to softwash. During the process we spray overspray with water, and rinse plants again at the end. Having our red softwash hose as a dedicated system separate from our pressure washer hose set our company apart for hi-level plant and property protection.

Estate Softwash in Charlottesville soft washes roofs. We spray a custom blend of bleach, soap, and water on your roof with a dedicated 12v electric softwash system. We have various shooter tips and fan tips which give us excellent control and long range distance from the ground. We keep a pressure washer running the whole time. We pre-wet roof edges, siding, and plants before and after the process to protect plants and property. Asphalt shingle roofs we spray and leave it. The sun, wind, and rain with evaporate it after cleaning. For metal roofs, we spray and rinse. Most roofs we clean have gutters. We can clean roofs without gutters but we charge for extra rinsing time as required.

Yes we spray mostly from the ground. If we have to get on a ladder to stand on a flat section of a roof we may do that, but our extension shoot poles and tips really allow us to spray from a distance up to three stories with ease.

Gutter brightening removes the gray stripes on exterior gutter paint. We call these gray stripes Tiger Stripes. They are a non-organic metal stain. We clean them with a special cleaner and extension pole brush designed for quick light scrubbing and light rinsing with a pressure cleaner.

We emphasize safety over efficiency. Thats why we invested in a SkyVac so we can use it as a 3 story leaf blower or vacuum. If its super hot and dry we can quickly blow them out, if they are wet we vacuum them out. Sometimes we use a ladder and crab gloves or a leaf blower.

We use many methods. Sometimes we softwash, wet squeegee scrub with extension poles, and rinse with a water only pressure cleaner if it’s a super dirty window. Most of the time we use a high end XERO purified water fed pole brush system. Water purified through our tanks shoots out of a window cleaning pole. We scrub and rinse. When it dries it’s spotless and streakless. For large glass we will use wet squeegee and dry squeegee.

We also clean window sills and wipe down the tracks.

Yes. Widows with hard water or rust stains or cloudy windows. We restore them with dedicated wet squeegee buckets for chemical based on necessity and always just plain soap and water. We keep the window wet and work it. We apply a restoration cleaner, soap and water, dry squeegee, sometimes water fed pole, then repeat.
